Introduction

Après plusieurs années en fiduciaire, votre quotidien ne devrait plus se résumer à encoder des factures et courir après les échéances.

Notre client, une fiduciaire agréée ITAA, a fait le choix de digitaliser son fonctionnement pour permettre à ses collaborateurs de se concentrer davantage sur ce qui apporte réellement de la valeur : la gestion des dossiers, l'analyse et le contact client.

Aujourd'hui, près de 95 % des dossiers sont digitalisés et le cabinet continue d'optimiser ses outils afin de réduire encore le temps consacré à l'encodage.

Localisation : Nivelles, Brabant-Wallon

Un portefeuille dont vous avez la maîtrise

Vous rejoignez une structure volontairement stable, composée de quelques collaborateurs, avec une clientèle principalement constituée de PME, sociétés de management, indépendants et professions libérales.

Votre portefeuille compte une trentaine de dossiers, principalement des sociétés. Vous intervenez notamment sur :

  • La gestion complète des dossiers comptables ;
  • Les déclarations TVA, avec une attention particulière portée aux aspects techniques ;
  • Les clôtures et l'établissement des bilans ;
  • Les simulations et analyses comptables ;
  • Le suivi de la situation financière des clients ;
  • La présentation et l'explication des résultats directement aux clients ;
  • Les échanges réguliers avec les associés pour les dossiers nécessitant un regard complémentaire.

Le profil recherché

Vous avez une expérience solide en fiduciaire et êtes capable de prendre un dossier en main de manière autonome, de la comptabilité courante jusqu'au bilan.

Vous êtes surtout quelqu'un de rigoureux, impliqué et orienté client. Vous aimez aller au bout des choses et comprendre les chiffres que vous présentez.

Une bonne sensibilité à la digitalisation est importante : Winbooks et Virtual Invoice font partie de l'environnement actuel, tandis que le cabinet teste déjà de nouveaux outils pour continuer à automatiser son fonctionnement.
