Votre rôle

En tant que Comptable Senior, vous occupez une fonction de relais entre la direction comptable et une équipe de comptables, avec une réelle autonomie et une vision transversale sur les enjeux financiers du groupe.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Piloter la trésorerie du groupe : suivi des flux financiers, coordination des paiements et de la TVA à l'échelle multi-pays, et gestion de la liquidité entre les différentes entités.
  • Analyser et optimiser les postes de coûts, en challengeant les contrats fournisseurs pour identifier des pistes d'économies.
  • Contribuer aux clôtures comptables dans un contexte multi-entités, en collaboration étroite avec l'équipe comptable centrale.
  • Apporter un soutien administratif RH sur des sujets liés au personnel (absences, avances, assurances), dans le cadre d'une transition de poste.
  • Participer à des projets d'internalisation de certaines démarches actuellement externalisées.

Ce poste offre une belle visibilité sur les enjeux financiers d'un groupe international, avec un vrai rôle de pivot plutôt qu'une fonction purement opérationnelle.

Votre profil

  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, avec un Bachelier en comptabilité.
  • Bilingue français-anglais ou néerlandais-anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un véritable esprit analytique, notamment pour anticiper les enjeux budgétaires.
  • Polyvalent(e) : à l'aise pour s'impliquer à tous les niveaux, y compris sur des tâches plus opérationnelles en soutien à l'équipe.
  • Bon esprit d'équipe et aisance à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés dans un contexte international.
