As Computational Modeling Engineer in Eindhoven you turn physics into design decisions. vacancies.offer What we offer: - A gross monthly salary between €4.500 and €5.800 based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience - A long-term assignment until mid 2027 at one of the leading health technology companies in the world, on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven - Complex and meaningful problems: your models influence real medical devices that reach patients - A team of highly skilled specialists in multiphysics, biophysics, solid mechanics and fluid dynamics, with room for technical and personal development - Personal guidance from Trinamics: one contact person who knows your field and helps you move forward - English is the working language, so you do not need to speak Dutch This is you: - Preferably a PhD in Mechanical Engineering or Applied Physics, or a closely related field, focused on computational modeling and simulation - A solid foundation in physics-based and mechanistic modeling of solid mechanics or dynamics - Experience translating simulation results into clear, actionable insights for engineering and R&D stakeholders - An innovative and analytical mindset, with curiosity for new modeling approaches and applications - A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to take ownership of technical challenges - Experience with commercial and/or open-source simulation tools is preferred, such as Marc-Mentat, ANSYS, Abaqus, OpenFOAM or Comsol - Fluent in English, both in daily and tech...
