Dan is deze rol iets voor jou. Voor de afdeling Markt & Concepten binnen Hutten Business Horeca zoeken we een Conceptontwikkelaar. Jij vertaalt inzichten uit de markt en behoeften van gasten en opdrachtgevers naar onderscheidende concepten die niet alleen goed bedacht zijn, maar vooral ook werken in de praktijk. Wat ga je doen? Als Conceptontwikkelaar volg je ontwikkelingen in de out-of-home markt en vertaal je deze naar nieuwe concepten en modules voor Hutten Business Horeca. Van eerste idee en pilot tot een concept dat klaar is om op onze locaties uit te rollen: jij brengt creativiteit en praktijk bij elkaar. Je bent onderdeel van onze ontwikkelclub, een gedreven team dat elkaar uitdaagt, van elkaar leert en met een gezonde dosis humor samen nieuwe ideeën tot leven brengt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Het ontwikkelen en doorontwikkelen van concepten rondom eten, drinken, inrichting en gastbeleving. Het vertalen van trends en behoeften van gasten en opdrachtgevers naar vernieuwende én uitvoerbare ideeën. Het uitwerken en testen van concepten in briefings, demo's en pilots en zorgen dat deze klaar zijn voor implementatie. Het ontwikkelen van maatwerkconcepten voor offertetrajecten en adviseren van sales- en regiomanagers. Het inspireren van bestaande locaties met ideeën om het aanbod en de gastbeleving verder te verbeteren. Het samen met opdrachtgevers en collega's ontwikkelen, testen en steeds verder verbeteren van concepten. Wat neem je mee? Je krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van iets nieuws en weet van een eerste idee een concreet concept te maken. Je bent creatief en ondernemend, maar verliest de haalbaarheid en uitvoering niet uit het oog. Met jouw enthousiasme en gezonde dosis lef krijg je anderen gemakkelijk mee in je ideeën. Verder beschik je over: Een afgeronde

hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Hotelschool, Facility Management, Trendwatching of vergelijkbaar. Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de out-of-home markt. Kennis van eten, drinken, gastvrijheid en beleving. Ervaring binnen contractcatering, horeca of foodretail is een pré. Conceptueel en creatief denkvermogen, gecombineerd met commercieel en cijfermatig inzicht. Het vermogen om verschillende projecten te organiseren, prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te bewaken. Sterke communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden en het gemak om met verschillende mensen en disciplines samen te werken. Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je krijgt een creatieve rol met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Daarnaast bieden wij: Een fulltime functie voor 38 uur per week. Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.500 - € 5.500 , afhankelijk van kennis en werkervaring.
