Solliciteren voor "Concern Controller" Concern Controller Het COA staat voor een grote opgave. Met de groei van opvanglocaties en maatschappelijke druk is het cruciaal om in control te zijn en de financiële huishouding van de organisatie te versterken. Het COA zoekt een controller die het team van concern control komt versterken. In ons compacte team werk je aan strategische, financiële vraagstukken en rapportages binnen een dynamische organisatie. De functie Als concerncontroller adviseer je het bestuur en de directie proactief over strategische en concernbrede vraagstukken. Je werkt aan financiële verantwoording, de jaarrekening, rechtmatigheidsverantwoording en beoordeelt businesscases en investeringsvoorstellen. Daarnaast stel je diverse analyses op, bijv. over meerjarige verplichtingen of kostenontwikkelingen. Ook draag je bij aan de begroting, het opstellen van financiële kaders en fiscaliteit. Regelmatig heb je afstemming met het departement en ondersteun je het bestuur bij afspraken met het departement over de bekostiging van het COA. Je komt terecht bij Concern Control, een afdeling van acht fte die bijdraagt aan een toekomstbestendige en samenhangende financiële functie binnen het COA. De afdeling bevindt zich volop in ontwikkeling, waarbij de positionering en samenwerking tussen Financial Control, Business Control en Concern Control verder worden versterkt. Profiel Je bent een verbindende en positief-kritische sparringpartner met sterk strategisch en analytisch vermogen. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen die van invloed zijn op de organisatieresultaten, doorgrondt complexe vraagstukken en vertaalt deze naar heldere adviezen en concrete acties. Daarbij werk je resultaatgericht, neem je eigenaarschap en weet je verschillende belangen zorgvuldig af te wegen. Je communiceert overtuigend op alle niveaus en onderhoudt contacten met het bestuur, de directie, opdrachtgevers (AenM en SZW), eigenaar (JenV) en de accountant. Daarna...
