Menu - Finance functies - Concern Controller Werken als Concern Controller Als Concerncontroller ben jij de onafhankelijke strategische sparringpartner van bestuur en directieteam. Je adviseert en ondersteunt hen op het gebied van financiële strategie, risicomanagement en compliance. Daarnaast speel je een cruciale rol in de planning & control cyclus en zorg je voor betrouwbare en tijdige managementinformatie. Je hebt een scherp oog voor externe ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar strategisch beleid voor de organisatie. Verder heb je als Concern Controller veelal ook een vakinhoudelijke sparringspartner rol met de Controllers. Belangrijkste taken: - Adviseren van de bestuurder, het directieteam en de Raad van Toezicht over financiële en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken. - Ontwikkelen van het concernbeleid en bewaken van de financiële positie van de organisatie. - Coördineren van de begroting, meerjarenbegroting en jaarrekening in samenwerking met de directeur bedrijfsondersteuning. - Regisseren van de planning & control cyclus en het verstrekken van accurate stuurinformatie. - Ook draag je zorg voor de functionele aansturing van de financiële administratie om processen en resultaten te waarborgen. - Fungeren als onafhankelijk riskmanager en compliance officer binnen de organisatie. - Ondersteunen van managementteams bij het gebruik van financiële stuurinformatie. - Onderhouden van strategische contacten met externe stakeholders, zoals zorgverzekeraars, banken en accountants. Wie ben jij: Jij bent een ervaren en analytisch sterke professional met een duidelijke visie op financiële strategie en risicobeheer. Je bent communicatief sterk en weet complexe analyses helder over te brengen aan verschillende belanghebbenden. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in samenwerking met anderen prettig.
