Dat betekent dat ze bij alles wat ze doen zichzelf de vraag stellen; wat is hiervan de bijdrage aan de inwoners of bedrijven van deze gemeente? Het betekent ook dat ze denken in kansen én mogelijkheden. Creativiteit, een informele aanpak en in verbinding staan met de omgeving vinden zij belangrijk. Wat ga je doen? Opdrachtomschrijving Voor deze gemeente zoeken we een ervaren Concernadviseur die op zelfstandige basis een bijdrage levert aan een aantal strategische en organisatiebrede opgaven. Het betreft een tijdelijke opdracht waarbij de opdrachtnemer vanuit eigen expertise en verantwoordelijkheid werkt aan duidelijk afgebakende resultaten. De opdracht omvat de volgende doelstellingen: Voor het einde van dit jaar opleveren van twee financiële en bedrijfsvoeringsscans van mogelijke fusies met regiogemeenten waaronder een aangrenzende gemeente die de consequenties van mogelijke herindelingen in beeld brengt. Het voor het einde van dit jaar doorvoeren van de maatregelen van het rapport 'Opdrachtgever in Balans' en het opzetten van een systeem van voortgangsbewaking. Het opleveren van de investeringsagenda gericht op de Voorjaarsnota 2027 inhoudende een verbeterslag op de onderbouwing en de planning van de investeringen. Het per 31 december 2026 inbedden (overdragen) van de control activiteiten op grote projecten van deze gemeente bij van het team Financiën. Als opdrachtnemer: - opereer je zelfstandig en zonder hiërarchische aansturing, en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de eigen aanpak en planning; - levert resultaatgerichte adviezen en producten op concer...
