De financiële basis van de organisatie moet vanzelfsprekend op orde zijn, maar jouw blik reikt verder dan financiën alleen! Je adviseert directie, management en bestuur over strategische risico's, governance vraagstukken en de kwaliteit van de bedrijfsvoering. Daarbij heb je oog voor de uitdagingen waar gemeenten vandaag de dag voor staan, zoals maatschappelijke transities, digitale weerbaarheid, verbonden partijen, arbeidsmarktkrapte en het realiseren van ambities binnen beperkte financiële middelen. De gemeente én jouw team Gemeente De Fryske Marren werkt aan een verdere professionalisering van de bedrijfsvoering en richt haar controlfunctie in volgens het Three Lines Model Overheid (3LMO). Als concerncontroller speel jij een sleutelrol in deze ontwikkeling. Je draagt bij aan de implementatie van het model, versterkt risicogericht werken binnen de organisatie en zorgt voor een integrale benadering van control, beheersing en toezicht. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan het beoogde nieuwe team Concerncontrol. Je brengt de disciplines concerncontrol, informatieveiligheid, privacy, interne auditing en interne controle samen tot één professioneel team. Je stimuleert samenwerking, bewaakt de onderlinge samenhang en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende expertises elkaar versterken. Daarmee ontwikkel je niet alleen een sterk controlteam, maar lever je ook een belangrijke bijdrage aan een toekomstbestendige en wendbare organisatie. Je adviseert directie, management en bestuur over strategische risico's, governance vraagstukken en de kwaliteit van de bedrijfsvoering. Daarbij heb je oog voor de uitdagingen waar gemeent...
