Voor onze opdrachtgever Woonplus in Schiedam zijn wij exclusief verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van een Concerncontroller voor 24 - 32 uur per week. Ben jij een stevige en onafhankelijke controller die verder kijkt dan cijfers, kaders en procedures? En vind je het interessant om een organisatie te helpen groeien in sturing, risicobeheersing en professioneel eigenaarschap? Bij Woonplus krijg je een onafhankelijke positie dicht bij bestuur en toezicht én de ruimte om daadwerkelijk iets in beweging te brengen. Wat ga je doen? Als Concerncontroller heb je een onafhankelijke positie en een rechtstreekse lijn naar de directeur-bestuurder en de Raad van Commissarissen. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor bestuurder en MT en kijkt organisatiebreed naar strategie, prestaties, risico's, governance en interne beheersing. Je kijkt verder dan de vraag of afspraken en kaders worden gevolgd. Wat vertellen resultaten en ontwikkelingen over de organisatie? Liggen we op koers? Welke risico's vragen aandacht en waar is bijsturing nodig? De prestatiedialoog is daarbij een belangrijk instrument om het MT te helpen het goede gesprek te voeren over doelrealisatie, afwijkingen en bijsturing. Ook richting Business Control heb je een belangrijke rol. Je helpt professionals steviger vanuit hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid te opereren, zonder die verantwoordelijkheid over te nemen. Vanuit je onafhankelijke positie toets je de werking van control en interne beheersing. Bij audits en interne controles kijk je vooral naar wat bevindingen zeggen over de staat van de organisatie en of de managementrespons leidt tot daadwerkelijke verbetering. De opgave Woonplus is een middelgrote woningcorporatie met ruim 11.000 verhuureenheden en circa 120 medewerkers. De mensen zijn betrokken, daadkrachtig en gewend om problemen op te lossen.
