En krijg je energie van bouwen, verbinden en professionaliseren? Als Concerncontroller / Hoofd Concernstaf krijg je een sleutelrol binnen de GHO-samenwerking van Goirle, Hilvarenbeek en Oisterwijk. Je adviseert bestuur en management over risico's, kaders en de haalbaarheid van beleid en besluiten. Tegelijkertijd bouw je aan een nieuw team concernstaf en geef je richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van control, risicomanagement, informatieveiligheid en privacy. Zo draag je direct bij aan kwalitatief goede besluitvorming, betrouwbare informatie en transparante verantwoording richting onze inwoners. Jouw rol Als concerncontroller ben je strategisch adviseur, leidinggevende en sparringpartner. Je werkt vanuit een concernbrede blik en beweegt je gemakkelijk op het snijvlak van bestuur, organisatie en control. Je: - adviseert en rapporteert aan het college, de gemeenteraad en het management over rechtmatigheid, doelmatigheid, doeltreffendheid en haalbaarheid van beleid en besluiten; - bent verantwoordelijk voor de rechtmatigheidsverantwoording en de kwaliteit van financiële beleidsinformatie; - richt een samenhangend systeem voor kwaliteits- en risicomanagement in en ziet toe op de administratieve organisatie en interne controle; - draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor informatieveiligheid en privacybescherming, waaronder IB, ENSIA en AVG, binnen de gemeenten Oisterwijk, Goirle en Hilvarenbeek; - geeft leiding aan het team concernstaf; - bouwt verder aan de positionering, professionalisering en ontwikkeling van dit nieuwe team, zowel binnen de organisatie als in de samenwerking met de GHO-partners.
