The posting

Een leerling met een vraag, een bezoeker bij de receptie of een kleine storing in het gebouw: jij weet wat er nodig is en komt in actie. Als conciërge ben je een vertrouwd gezicht binnen Yuverta vmbo Boskoop. Je houdt toezicht, helpt leerlingen en collega's en zorgt dat de school goed georganiseerd blijft.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je begint de dag met een controleronde door het gebouw en over het terrein. Je ziet wat aandacht nodig heeft en pakt dit op. • Je houdt toezicht en spreekt leerlingen aan wanneer dat nodig is. Zo draag je bij aan een prettige en veilige sfeer. • Je lost kleine storingen op of geeft deze door en stemt af met leveranciers, zoals schoonmaak en catering. • Je ziet toe op de naleving van arbo- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en helpt bij de organisatie van bedrijfshulpverlening (BHV). • Je ontvangt bezoekers bij de receptie en helpt collega's met praktische vragen. • Je verwerkt absentiemeldingen in Magister en voert lichte administratieve werkzaamheden uit.

Je start zo snel mogelijk en werkt tot 18 december 2026. Je werkt verdeeld over 4 werkdagen, met maandag en vrijdag als vaste dagen. Je bent ook inzetbaar tijdens schoolvakanties en bij activiteiten in de avonduren. Bij calamiteiten ben je snel bereikbaar.

Functie-eisen: Jij maakt makkelijk contact en hebt oog voor wat leerlingen en collega's nodig hebben. Je bent gastvrij en benaderbaar, maar stelt ook duidelijke grenzen. Komen er meerdere vragen tegelijk? Jij houdt overzicht en bepaalt wat voorrang heeft. Met jouw technische en praktische inzicht pak je kleine storingen en andere klussen zelfstandig op. Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor veiligheid en goede afspraken.

Verder:

• Heb je minimaal mbo-3 werk- en denkniveau; • Heb je affiniteit met jongeren en het werken in een schoolomgeving; • Heb je een BHV-certificaat of ben je bereid dit te behalen.
