Koppel voor waakzaamheid en permanentie - inwonend

Golf Residentie vzw zoekt een koppel dat bijdraagt aan een veilige, verzorgde en goed functionerende woonomgeving voor circa 25 bewoners in 28 serviceflats.

Jullie taken:

  • Avond- en nachtpermanentie verzorgen en aanspreekpunt zijn voor bewoners in nood.
  • Toezien op de toegankelijkheid en het correct gebruik van de gebouwen.
  • Bewoners ondersteunen en meehelpen bij restaurantdiensten.
  • Aanvullende ondersteunende taken uitvoeren in overleg met de directie.

Jullie werken zelfstandig. Aanwezigheid is vereist van maandag tot en met zaterdag, telkens van 19.00 tot 9.30 uur. In overleg zijn maximaal 24 vrijgestelde nachten per jaar mogelijk, mits tijdig geschikte vervanging wordt geregeld.

Ruim appartement beschikbaar voor concièrge.

  • Jullie zijn betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk en hulpvaardig en hebben affiniteit met ouderen.
  • Jullie gaan discreet en respectvol om met bewoners en hun privacy.
  • Jullie kunnen zelfstandig werken, blijven rustig bij noodsituaties en schakelen tijdig hulp in.
  • Jullie communiceren vlot in het Nederlands met bewoners, collega’s en directie.
  • Jullie beschikken over praktische vaardigheden voor klein onderhoud en eenvoudige herstellingen en hebben oog voor netheid en veiligheid.
  • Basiskennis van eerste hulp is een pluspunt, of jullie zijn bereid hiervoor een opleiding te volgen.
  • Jullie melden incidenten, defecten en bijzonderheden nauwkeurig aan de directie.
  • Jullie zijn beschikbaar voor de afgesproken avond- en nachtpermanentie en zijn bij voorkeur bereid in de residentie te wonen.
