The posting

Bedrijf is gevestigd in de Gentse haven. Het zorgt niet alleen voor het laden en lossen van schepen, treinen en vrachtwagens, maar ook voor de opslag van die goederen in onze watergebonden magazijnen.

Jobomschrijving

Je neemt (als koppel) de verantwoordelijkheden als conciërge van het hoofkantoor en enkele terminals in het Gentse Havengebied. Je vindt het belangrijk om alles vlot te laten verlopen en bent niet bang om hier en daar een klusje zelf aan te pakken of waar nodig te coördineren. Je zorgt voor een leuke en nette werkomgeving voor de collega’s hebt dagelijks contact met de verschillende bedienden op de verschillende locaties.

Gedeelte conciërge

  • Openen en sluiten van de kantoren op weekdagen
  • Regelmatige check van de gebouwen hoofdkantoor: check of alles afgesloten is, geen elektrische toestellen/verlichting is blijven branden, geen ramen / deuren/ poorten open
  • Regelmatige check van de gebouwen op de terminals: check of alles afgesloten is, geen elektrische toestellen/verlichting is blijven branden, geen ramen / deuren/ poorten open
  • Toezien op gerechtmatigde toegang door externen, aan-en uitschakelen van alarmen, controle bij alarm, contact met alarmcentrale
  • Begeleiden van onderhouds-en herstellingsdiensten, zowel op HQ als op kaailocaties; Klein herstel (klusjes) zelf uitvoeren (bv. kleine schrijnwerkerij/kleine loodgieterij/noties van elektriciteit)
  • Aannemen van poststukken, post rondbrengen (intern + naar douane-en postkantoor)
  • Beheer en verdeling van bureaumateriaal, inclusief bestellingen opmaken & leveringen controleren
  • Chauffeur (in bezit van rijbewijs B + bewijs van goed gedrag & zeden)
  • Beheer voorraad (bureaumateriaal, koffie, kuisproducten,…) / dranken hoofdkantoor

Gedeelte schoonmaak

  • Dagelijkse lediging van vuilbakken, orde en netheid kantoor
  • Wekelijks grondig poetsen van burelen (hoofdkantoor, kaaibureau, TD)
  • Periodieke reiniging ramen gelijkvloers HQ (min 4 keer/jaar)
  • Evt. wegbrengen afval naar centrale locatie / containerpark
  • Wekelijkse reiniging auto eigenaar

Jij / jullie weten van aanpakken. De bedoeling is dat je vrij zelfstandig andere mensen in het bedrijf kan ontzorgen, en ervoor zorgt dat er e.e.a. vlot verloopt zonder dat dit dagelijks/wekelijks moet gevraagd worden. Je vult zelf in wat wanneer dient te gebeuren en hebt af en toe overleg met jouw directe leidinggevende.

Afhankelijk van de wensen/ achtergrond is deze rol 1 voltijdse rol, een voltijdse + een halftijdse (als koppel) of een voltijdse + voltijdse (als koppel) job. We schuiven met taken naar externe bedrijven waar nodig.

De woonplaats bevindt zich in het hoofdkantoor en omvat 3 slaapkamers, een ruime woonruimte, een recent vernieuwde keuken en recente vernieuwde badkamer. Er kan gebruik gemaakt worden van de ruime tuin aan het kantoor. Ter plaatse wonen is een vereiste.

Uiteraard is motivatie en gedrevenheid veruit het belangrijkste!
