Voor Mikado vso in Gennep zoeken we een conciërge die zorgt voor een veilige, verzorgde en goed georganiseerde school. Je bent zichtbaar in de school, denkt mee in oplossingen en draagt bij aan een prettige plek voor leerlingen, collega's en bezoekers. Wat ga je doen? Op Mikado krijgt elke leerling onderwijs dat past bij wat die leerling nodig heeft. We sluiten aan bij de mogelijkheden van leerlingen en werken met haalbare doelen in kleine, overzichtelijke stappen. Zo kunnen leerlingen veilig, prettig en met vertrouwen leren en groeien. De leidraad van Mikado is: gewoon waar het kan, speciaal waar nodig. Als conciërge zorg je dat de schoolgebouwen, terreinen en voorzieningen veilig en goed onderhouden zijn. Je voert onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uit, lost storingen op en ondersteunt bij facilitaire werkzaamheden. Ook houd je toezicht op een veilige leer- en werkomgeving. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor leerlingen, collega's, bezoekers, leveranciers en onderhoudsbedrijven. Met jouw praktische blik zorg je dat de schooldag zo soepel mogelijk verloopt. Wat verwachten wij van jou? We zoeken een zelfstandige en praktische collega met technisch inzicht. Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en ziet wat nodig is. Je: - werkt zorgvuldig en oplossingsgericht; - hebt oog voor veiligheid en overzicht; - kunt kleine onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uitvoeren; - schakelt prettig met leveranciers en onderhoudsbedrijven; - werkt goed samen met leerlingen, collega's en externe partijen; - draagt bij aan een gastvrije en veilige sfeer in de school.
