Als Technisch Gebouwbeheerder combineer je gebouwbeheer, conciërgetaken en technisch onderhoud. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers van het gebouw en ondersteunt daarnaast de vastgoedportefeuille met praktische interventies.

  • Dagelijks openen (6u) en sluiten (22u) van het gebouw.
  • Huurders, leveranciers en aannemers ontvangen en begeleiden.
  • Technische meldingen en storingen opvolgen.
  • Preventieve controles uitvoeren op installaties en gemeenschappelijke delen
  • Meterstanden registreren en toegangsvoorzieningen beheren.
  • Toezien op veiligheid, netheid en orde.
  • Kleine onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uitvoeren als klusjesman, conciërge of onderhoudstechnieker.
  • Leegstaande units voorbereiden voor nieuwe verhuringen.
  • Ervaring als Technisch Gebouwbeheerder, onderhoudstechnieker, conciërge, klusjesman of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Basiskennis van sanitair, schilderwerken en algemene herstellingen.
  • Ervaring met kleine technische interventies en onderhoudswerken.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor toegewezen taken.
  • Veilig, nauwkeurig en ordelijk werken.
  • Professioneel communiceren met huurders, leveranciers en collega’s.
