The posting

Au sein du Département Locataires, vous êtes le relais indispensable entre les locataires et les différents services du Foyer Anderlechtois et les prestataires externes. Vous faites preuve de sang-froid et de capacité de discernement en toutes circonstances. Vous gérez les situations prioritaires de façon autonome et vous assurez une bonne communication des informations envers vos collègues, la ligne hiérarchique et les locataires.

Vous êtes la personne de référence pour les locataires pour les questions relatives à la gestion des immeubles.

Vous êtes chargé de la surveillance générale des immeubles pour lesquels vous êtes en fonction. Vous agissez au nom du Foyer Anderlechtois, en vous conformant aux instructions. Vous travaillez en ligne directe avec votre chef d'équipe et rapportez au directeur adjoint du Département.

· Une expérience professionnelle de minimum 5 ans est souhaitée ;

· Vous avez des connaissances techniques de base liées aux petites interventions et dépannage;

· Vous maitrisez parfaitement le Français à l'oral et à l'écrit. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout ;

· Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques de base : suite Office, tablette, smartphone... ;

· Vous avez des compétences rédactionnelles, vous savez rédiger des rapports ;

· Vous faites preuve d'aisance relationnelle, vous avez une bonne capacité de discernement et vous êtes résistant(e) au stress

· Vous êtes attentif(ve) à offrir un service de qualité, vous êtes organisée et méticuleux(se) ;

· Vous êtes autonome et proactif(ve) ;

· Vous êtes prêt à vous déplacer par vous-même sur les différents sites de la société (tous centralisés sur Anderlecht) ;

· Vous possédez un permis B ;

· Vous êtes disponible pour assurer un service de garde et flexible pour assumer des prestations exceptionnelles supplémentaires à la demande de l'employeur.

· Contrat à durée indéterminée

· Temps plein (36h/semaine)
