The posting

Voor een prachtig en uitgestrekt privédomein zoeken wij een inwonend conciërgekoppel dat instaat voor het dagelijkse onderhoud en toezicht.

Voor het koppel wordt een eigen conciërgewoning op het domein ter beschikking gesteld.

Een belangrijk deel van de functie bestaat uit tuinonderhoud. Ervaring met groenonderhoud is een belangrijke vereiste.

Op het domein zijn bovendien verschillende dieren aanwezig, waaronder paarden, waardoor affiniteit met dieren een absolute meerwaarde is.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Onderhoud en toezicht van de privéwoning en het volledige domein.
  • Verzorgen van tuin, terrein en buitenomgeving.
  • Snoeien en onderhouden van hagen, struiken, rozenstruiken en andere beplanting.
  • Uitvoeren van algemeen en seizoensgebonden tuinonderhoud.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine onderhouds- en kluswerken, zoals het vervangen van lampen, kleine herstellingen en schilderwerken.
  • Uitmesten en onderhouden van de paardenstallen.
  • Indien nodig ondersteunen bij het transport en de verzorging van de paarden.
  • Huishoudelijke taken zoals schoonmaak, strijken, eten klaarmaken, boodschappen uitvoeren, enz.
  • Signaleren en opvolgen van technische gebreken of grotere onderhoudswerken.
  • Solliciteren als koppel en bereid zijn om op het domein te wonen.
  • Flexibiliteit is enorm belangrijk binnen deze functie.
  • Betrouwbaar, discreet, zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk.
  • Praktisch ingesteld en graag actief bezig.
  • Een rijbewijs is noodzakelijk voor het uitvoeren van de verplaatsingen.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands is geen vereiste maar wel kennis van Franse of Engelse taal
  • Op zoek naar een stabiele samenwerking op lange termijn.
