William Premium Services mit Sitz in 1200 Wien, ist ein Concierge Service in Wiener Luxusimmobilien und steht den

Immobilienentwickler_innen und Eigentümer_innen als Dienstleister zur Verfügung.

Bereits in der Projektentwicklung steht William den Immobilienentwickler_innen beratend zur Seite und fertigt für

die jeweilige Immobilie das passende Bertriebsmodell. Dabei werden erforderliche technische Anforderungen

aufgezeigt, mögliche Serviceleistungen erarbeitet sowie die individuellen Rahmenbedingungen mit den

praktischen Erfahrungen zusammengefügt. So entsteht für die zukünftigen Bewohner_innen ein optimales

Servicierungsmodell (Doorman, Concierge mit Vor Ort Präsenz, mobiler Concierge, etc.)

Nach der Implementierung stellt William Premium Services den laufenden Betrieb als Concierge mit einer Portion

Wiener Charme sicher.

Da wir laufend expandieren benötigen wir neue Concierge Mitarbeiter_innen in den von uns betreuten Locations.

Wir suchen ab sofort 2 Concierges (w./m./d) für eine Teilzeit-(ab 20 Std/W)oder Vollzeitstelle.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Concierge-Tätigkeiten in Luxus-Immobilien in Bestlagen:

* Empfang: Begrüßung, Empfang & Verabschiedung internationaler Eigentümer_nnen und

deren Gäste

* Zutrittskontrolle: Gewährleistung von Sicherheit in der Immobilie

* Kontrolltätigkeiten in der Immobilie (Kontrollgänge, Protokollierung, Meldung bzw. Beseitigung

von Auffälligkeiten, etc.) zur Gewährleistung von Sicherheit, Sauberkeit & Ordnung

* Organisation, Administration und Abwicklung von Anfragen / Aufträgen / individuellen

Dienstleistungen, die den Bewohner_innen das Leben vereinfachen und verschönern

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene (Berufs-)Ausbildung

* mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Rezeption / Empfang wünschenswert aber nicht

Bedingung

* EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

*Sprachen:

# Deutsch C1

# Englisch B1

# weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sehr freundliches Auftreten

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Diskretion

* Bereitschaft zur und Freude an Aus- und Weiterbildung für den Start bei William Premium

Sicherheitsgewerbe
