En tant que conducteur.rice de train, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans le quotidien de milliers de voyageurs. Vous partagez avec la SNCB les mêmes priorités : garantir un service de qualité ainsi que la sécurité des passagers. C'est grâce à vous si les voyageurs embarquent et descendent du train avec le sourire.

Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?

En tant que conducteur.rice de train, votre mission principale est bien sûr de conduire des trains de voyageurs, mais pas que :

  • Vous veillez à ce que tout soit en ordre avant le départ du train.
  • Vous vous assurez que chaque passager arrive à destination en toute sécurité et à l'heure.
  • Vous réglez les incidents et les petites pannes de manière autonome.
