Lieu : Viaduc de Vilvorde R0

Régime de travail à temps plein dans un système alterné :

  • Semaine 1 : du mercredi au dimanche de 7h à 17h30.
  • Semaine 2 : du mercredi au vendredi de 7h à 17h30.

Votre défi en tant que conducteur de travaux acier:

  • Organiser et planifier - vous avez le contrôle total sur les projets de construction métallique à grande échelle. Grâce à votre organisation efficace, les travaux avancent selon votre planning.
  • Coordonner et contrôler - étant donné que les travaux sont divisés en plusieurs zones de chantier et se déroulent en parallèle, la coordination et la supervision sont cruciales. Avec le conducteur de chantier principal et le chef de projet, vous assurerez également un suivi rigoureux de la qualité des travaux réalisés. Vous êtes le point de contact pour nos propres ouvriers, les sous-traitants ainsi que pour les partenaires, les maîtres d’ouvrage et les inspecteurs.
  • Collaborer - vous êtes garant de la bonne ambiance – le travail d’équipe et le plaisir sont essentiels ! Une excellente coopération avec vos collègues conducteurs de chantier des autres zones est indispensable.
  • La sécurité avant tout - la sécurité de votre équipe est votre priorité – le casque est toujours sur la tête.

Ce que vous apportez :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat en construction ou dans une disciplinetechnique (construction, (électro)mécanique, etc.). Une expérience pertinente de quelques années est un atout, mais pas indispensable.
  • Une passion affirmée pour les structures métalliques emblématiques ? Impossible de le nier !
  • Vous êtes persévérant, déterminé et avez un objectif clair en tête.
  • Vous avez l’audace de dire que vous êtes un organisateur né. Planifier, diriger et prendre des initiatives ? C’est dans votre ADN.
  • Flexibilité ? Vous en avez à revendre. Grâce à votre capacitéd’adaptation et vos compétences en résolution de problèmes, le chantier peut toujours compter sur vous.
  • Votre style de communication est fluide et transparent, en français et en anglais.
  • Et surtout : vous tirez votre énergie du travail d’équipe et savez inspirer les gens pour réaliser ensemble les plus belles œuvres d’art.
