Je krijgt een baan waarbij je altijd in beweging bent, veel vrijheid hebt en verantwoordelijkheid draagt. Door de wisselende werktijden en de verschillende reizigers die jij voorziet van een prettige reis, ben je letterlijk altijd in beweging. Voor onze Blauwnet treinen op de spoorlijn van Kampen-Zwolle-Enschede zijn wij op zoek naar een conducteurs. Ook wel een Gastheer of Gastvrouw genoemd. In deze functie ben jij 'de manager' van het reizigersgedeelte van de trein. Aan jou de taak om ervoor te zorgen dat de reizigers met een veilig en prettig gevoel op hun bestemming komen. Dit doe je bijvoorbeeld door vragen te beantwoorden, een helpende hand te bieden of uitleg te geven over de reizigers rechten. Je zorgt er daarnaast voor dat de trein er netjes uitziet en informeert reizigers bij storingen. Als Conducteur controleer je ten slotte ook of iedereen een geldig vervoersbewijs heeft. Al onze Conducteurs/Gastheren of Gastvrouwen zijn BOA opgeleid in Domein IV Openbaar Vervoer . Dit betekent dat je een BOA bevoegdheid hebt op het verbale vlak en niet met de geweldsbevoegdheid. Sterker nog, wij vinden het juist belangrijk dat jij de-escalerend handelt in probleemsituaties. Dit gaan we je dus ook leren! Uiteraard vinden we jouw veiligheid en die van onze reizigers ontzettend belangrijk.
