Als confectiemedewerker maak je zonweringsdoeken op maat. Je sealt verschillende delen van het doek aan elkaar en plaatst ritsen met dezelfde sealmethode. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week in Zwolle. Het salaris ligt tussen € 2.650 en € 3.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en inzet. Functieomschrijving Als confectiemedewerker werk je met verschillende soorten zonweringsdoek. De materialen, kleuren en afmetingen verschillen per opdracht. Hierdoor werk je steeds aan een ander eindproduct. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Zonweringsdoeken aan elkaar sealen; - Ritsen plaatsen met de sealmethode; - Werken met verschillende stoffen, kleuren en materialen; - Machines instellen en bedienen; - Controleren of het doek goed is verwerkt; - Afwijkingen herkennen en herstellen; - Zorgen voor een nette en zorgvuldige afwerking. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail; - Je bent handig en hebt gevoel voor verschillende materialen; - Je kunt geconcentreerd werken, ook bij herhalende werkzaamheden; - Je blijft rustig wanneer de werkdruk verandert; - Je toont initiatief en denkt mee over het werk; - Ervaring met confectiewerk is een pré. Wat kun je verwachten? - Een salaris tussen € 2.650 en € 3.200 bruto per maand; - Een fulltime baan van 36 tot 40 uur per week; - Werk bij een stabiele en ervaren organisatie; - Flexibele starttijden in overleg; - Een nette en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving; - Afwisselend werk met verschillende materialen en producten; - Een functie waarin kwaliteit en vakmanschap vooropstaan.
