De school wordt in de regio gewaardeerd om haar goede sfeer en biedt leerlingen de kans hun talenten te ontwikkelen, met speciale aandacht voor expressie, sport, tweetalig onderwijs en internationale activiteiten. Het RLS maakt deel uit van Stichting Het Rijnlands Lyceum, een middelgrote onderwijsorganisatie met acht scholen en zeven locaties in de regio Leiden en Den Haag. Voor het Rijnlands Lyceum Sassenheim zijn wij op zoek naar een: CONRECTOR Bedrijfsvoering, organisatie en beheer (0.8 - 1.0 fte, salaris schaal 13 CAO VO) Functieomschrijving Als conrector ben je een strategisch leider met een zichtbare aanwezigheid in de school. Je geeft leiding aan het team van onderwijs ondersteunend personeel binnen diverse werkgebieden. In nauwe samenwerking met de rector en het team geef je vorm aan de ontwikkeling van het RLS en bepaal je mede de onderwijskundige en organisatorische koers. Hierbij kan je de visie van de school vertalen naar de praktijk. Deze functie biedt je de kans om samen met de rector en de vier teamleiders betekenisvol bij te dragen aan de toekomst van de school. Binnen het bestuur van Stichting Het Rijnlands Lyceum vertegenwoordig je de school op bestuursbrede en schooloverstijgende beleidsterreinen. Gewenste kwalificaties en competenties - Is toegankelijk en integer, open en actiegericht; - Denkt analytisch en conceptueel, maar heeft ook oog voor detail; - Heeft een gedegen kennis van onderwijswet- en regelgeving. Beschikt over aantoonbare vaardigheden - Het voorbereiden en bijdragen aan beleidsnotities; - Het opstellen van meerjaren-/jaarplannen; - Het onderhouden van goede relaties tussen interne leveranciers van diensten en interne klanten.
