Vous avez la fibre commerciale, la passion de la construction et l'envie d'accompagner des familles dans la concrétisation du projet de leur vie ? Notre client, un acteur majeur de la construction de maisons individuelles et clés sur porte en Belgique, recherche un(e) Conseiller(ère) Commercial(e) dynamique pour développer son activité régionale.

Vos tâches au quotidien :

  • Accompagnement client : Accueillir, conseiller et guider les candidats bâtisseurs dès leur premier rendez-vous jusqu'à la signature du contrat.
  • Analyse des besoins : Comprendre les attentes, le budget et le mode de vie des clients pour leur proposer des projets sur mesure et adaptés.
  • Propositions commerciales : Élaborer des devis et des offres personnalisées en collaboration étroite avec le bureau d'études technique.
  • Prospection & Réseau : Développer votre portefeuille clients via des actions prospectives, votre réseau local et l'animation lors des journées portes ouvertes / salons de la construction.
  • Suivi des dossiers : Assurer un suivi rigoureux des prospects et maintenir une relation de confiance tout au long du processus de vente.

Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans une fonction commerciale B2C, idéalement dans le secteur de la construction, de l'immobilier ou de l'aménagement intérieur.

Orientation résultats & clients : Écoute active, empathie, pouvoir de persuasion et excellente capacité de négociation.

Aisance relationnelle : Vous avez une présentation irréprochable, une excellente communication orale et écrite, et le contact humain vous passionne.

Organisation : Rigoureux(se) dans votre suivi administratif et capable de gérer un portefeuille clients de manière autonome.

Mobilité & Flexibilité : Permis B indispensable. Vous êtes prêt(e) à travailler occasionnellement le week-end (salons, journées portes ouvertes, RDV en maisons témoins).
