The posting

Vous accompagnez les clients en showroom, du premier conseil jusqu’à la livraison, avec un suivi commercial et administratif précis.

Au sein du showroom de l’un de nos clients, vous êtes le premier interlocuteur des visiteurs. Vous écoutez leurs besoins, présentez l’assortiment et les guidez dans leur décision d’achat. Vous suivez chaque dossier avec rigueur, de l’offre au paiement et à la livraison. Ce poste à temps plein de 40 heures par semaine inclut le travail le samedi et lors des ouvertures dominicales.

- Vous accueillez les clients en showroom et créez un contact professionnel dès leur arrivée - Vous identifiez leurs besoins et les conseillez parmi un large assortiment - Vous présentez les produits de manière claire et adaptée à chaque projet - Vous établissez et suivez les offres commerciales - Vous assurez le suivi complet des dossiers, du devis au paiement et à la livraison - Vous répondez aux questions des clients en face à face, par téléphone et par e-mail - Vous réalisez le traitement administratif lié aux ventes et maintenez les dossiers à jour - Vous collaborez avec vos collègues afin de garantir un parcours client fluide - Vous travaillez à temps plein, 40 heures par semaine, selon les horaires prévus, y compris les samedis et ouvertures dominicales - Vous rejoignez directement l’un de nos clients dans le cadre d’un engagement fixe immédiat
