En tant que Conseiller(e) Commercial(e) indépendant(e) chez Maisons Baijot, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement des futurs propriétaires dans la réalisation de leur projet de construction. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des prospects et clients tout au long du processus de vente, de la première prise de contact à la signature du contrat.

Vos missions principales :

  • Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients dans leur projet de construction.
  • Écouter et analyser les besoins des clients afin de proposer des solutions sur mesure.
  • Présenter et valoriser les offres de Maisons Baijot, en mettant en avant la qualité de nos constructions et notre savoir-faire.
  • Établir des devis et négocier les conditions commerciales.
  • Assurer le suivi personnalisé des dossiers jusqu'à la signature du contrat de construction.
  • Contribuer à la promotion des services de l’entreprise lors de salons ou via nos maisons témoins.
  • Fidéliser les clients en instaurant une relation de confiance.
