Vos missions au quotidien :

Anticipez les risques et agissez pour un environnement sécurisé :

  • Identifiez, évaluez et gérez les risques professionnels en partenariat avec les différents départements.
  • Développez et mettez en œuvre des plans d'action efficaces pour prévenir les accidents et renforcer la sécurité au travail. Créez des politiques et des procédures claires et engageantes :
  • Participez activement à la rédaction et à la diffusion de politiques et procédures en lien avec la sécurité (EHS) et les normes iso.
  • Assurez-vous que chaque employé comprend et adhère à ces directives. Sensibilisez et formez pour un impact durable :
  • Organisez des sessions de formation innovantes sur la prévention des accidents, la santé mentale et les meilleures pratiques en sécurité.
  • Intégrez et formez les nouveaux collaborateurs à la culture sécurité de l'entreprise. Vérifiez, améliorez et innovez :
  • Réalisez des inspections régulières et des audits internes pour garantir une conformité irréprochable.
  • Analysez les incidents, identifiez les causes et proposez des solutions pour éviter leur récurrence. Engagez-vous pour l'environnement et l'efficacité énergétique :
  • Mettez en place des initiatives pour la gestion des déchets et la protection de l'environnement.
  • Identifiez des opportunités pour réduire la consommation énergétique et maximiser l'efficacité énergétique. Pilotez les certifications iso :
  • Prenez le leadership dans l'obtention et le maintien des certifications iso, un pilier stratégique pour notre entreprise.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier, complété par une formation belge de conseiller de prévention de niveau 2.
  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience dans un environnement industriel, idéalement lié au lean management.
  • Vous maîtrisez la suite office et parlez couramment le français et l'anglais (l'allemand est un atout).
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre méthode de travail structurée, vos qualités relationnelles et votre aisance en communication.
