Afin de renforcer notre démarche Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement, nous recherchons un e Conseiller ère en Prévention & QSE pour accompagner durablement nos équipes sur nos sites de Libin et Milmort.

Votre mission;

Sous la supervision directe de la Direction, vous intervenez de manière autonome et transversale pour garantir un environnement de travail sûr, conforme et performant. Vous êtes un e acteur rice clé dans la structuration, le suivi et l'amélioration continue de notre politique QSE.

Vos responsabilités;

  • Garantir la conformité aux exigences légales, réglementaires et normatives en matière de sécurité, qualité et environnement, et assurer une veille active.
  • Identifier, analyser et gérer les risques : rédaction des analyses de risques, suivi et adaptation des plans de prévention, gestion des incidents et accidents.
  • Sensibiliser, former et accompagner les collaborateur

  • s aux bonnes pratiques QSE, dans une approche pragmatique et orientée terrain.
  • Rédiger, mettre à jour et structurer la documentation QSE (rapports trimestriels et annuels, procédures, comptes rendus, etc.).
  • Suivre les plans d'actions et préparer, coordonner et accompagner les audits internes et externes.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Direction afin de définir, mettre en œuvre et optimiser les actions QSE au sein de l'organisation.
  • Formation de Conseiller·ère en Prévention niveau II, avec une bonne maîtrise des principes de certification (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans un environnement industriel.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, avec une approche concrète, pragmatique et orientée solutions.
  • Personnalité proactive, organisée et structurée, avec un bon sens de la communication.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les équipes.
