Vous souhaitez, en tant que Conseiller en prévention, avoir un réel impact sur la sécurité au sein d’un environnement de production ?

Dans cette fonction autonome, vous bénéficiez d’une grande liberté pour définir vos priorités, collaborez directement avec le Plant Manager et contribuez concrètement à la sécurité sur le terrain. Vous travaillez principalement sur le site de Grand-Bigard, avec des horaires flexibles.

Vous rejoignez un fabricant international d’emballages en carton recyclables. Depuis le site de production de Grand-Bigard, vous prenez en charge la prévention et la sécurité au travail.

  • Vous réalisez des analyses de risques et les traduisez en mesures de prévention concrètes.
  • Vous analysez les accidents du travail, les incidents et les quasi-accidents et assurez le suivi des actions qui en découlent.
  • Vous êtes régulièrement présent sur le terrain et sensibilisez les collaborateurs et les responsables aux bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité.
  • Vous assurez le suivi des aspects liés au bien-être, à la santé, à la législation environnementale et aux permis.
  • Vous partagez vos connaissances avec les Conseillers en prévention Niveau 2 de deux autres sites belges et assurez le reporting des indicateurs et des projets.
  • Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme de Conseiller en prévention Niveau 1.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome et n’hésitez pas à interpeller directement les collaborateurs et les responsables sur les questions de sécurité.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement de production ou industriel constitue un atout, mais les candidats disposant d’une expérience plus limitée sont également les bienvenus.
