Conseiller·ère en Prévention (Niveau 1 et/ou 2) – Terrain

Localisation : Sur site (Milieu industriel)

Type de contrat : Temps plein longue durée

Effectif recherché : 1 à 2 personnes

Description de la fonction

Pour notre notre client, nous recherchons deux Conseillers en Prévention (Niveau 1 et/ou 2) axés sur le terrain pour animer la sécurité et le bien-être au travail au plus près des opérations industrielles. Loin d'un poste purement administratif, votre rôle vise à accompagner les équipes de production, à renforcer la culture de sécurité et à veiller au respect des procédures QHSE au quotidien.

Missions principales

Présence active sur le terrain : identification des risques, observations de sécurité et sensibilisation directe des opérateurs.

Réalisation et mise à jour des analyses de risques opérationnelles et proposition d'actions préventives.

Analyse des accidents du travail et des incidents (arbre des causes) et suivi des mesures correctives.

Animation des causeries sécurité, rédactions d'instructions de sécurité et accueil des nouveaux arrivants.

Soutien à la mise en œuvre et au suivi de la politique Qualité, Sécurité, Hygiène et Environnement (QSHE).

Profil recherché

Certification : Titulaire de l'attestation/diplôme de Conseiller en Prévention Niveau 1 ou Niveau 2 (Législation belge).

Expérience : 3 ans d'expérience minimum au sein d'un site industriel.

Compétences terrain : Pragmatique, très bon relationnel avec le personnel de production et capacité à faire appliquer les consignes avec pédagogie.

Langues : Anglais niveau B2 (capacité à échanger et rédiger).

Atout : Expérience en QSHE et familiarité avec les systèmes de management environnemental et qualité (ISO 14000, 14001, ISO 9001,...) est un sérieux atout.
