En tant que conseiller interne en prévention, vous assistez l’employeur, les responsables hiérarchiques et les collaborateurs dans la poursuite du développement, de la mise en œuvre et de l’évaluation de notre politique de bien-être et de prévention.

  • Vous contribuez aux analyses de risques et formulez des mesures de prévention réalisables.
  • Vous soutenez l’élaboration et le suivi du Plan global de prévention et du Plan d’action annuel.
  • Vous analysez les accidents du travail et les incidents pertinents et proposez des actions d’amélioration.
  • Vous conseillez en matière de bien-être, de santé, de sécurité, de lieux de travail et d’organisation du travail.
  • Vous assurez le suivi des obligations pertinentes et les traduisez en une approche proportionnée, adaptée à notre organisation.
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec le service externe pour la prévention et la protection au travail.
  • Vous organisez des initiatives d’information, de formation et de sensibilisation.
  • Vous soutenez les responsables hiérarchiques et motivez les collaborateurs à contribuer activement à un environnement de travail sûr et sain.

Vous exercez une fonction de conseil indépendante. Vous n’êtes ni un supérieur hiérarchique ni un contrôleur, mais un partenaire expert, accessible et moteur. Vous présentez clairement les risques et les obligations, êtes à l’écoute de la réalité du terrain et aidez les parties prenantes à élaborer ensemble des solutions praticables.

Vous comprenez qu’un changement durable ne résulte pas uniquement de règles, mais avant tout de l’implication, de la collaboration et de la confiance.
