Avec plus de 30 ans d'expérience et l'un des plus grands pôles d'experts en gestion ERP en Wallonie, Brainstorming accompagne aujourd'hui de nombreux clients dans la digitalisation et l'optimisation de leurs processus.

Pour renforcer notre pôle Finances/Comptabilité, nous recherchons un·e Conseiller·ère en Logiciels Comptables pour notre bureau de Liège (Ans).

Jobomschrijving

En tant que Conseiller·ère en Logiciels Comptables, vous êtes un véritable partenaire pour les utilisateurs des solutions comptables proposées par Brainstorming.

Vous êtes à la croisée de deux mondes : votre regard de comptable vous aide à comprendre les vrais besoins des clients, que vous traduisez ensuite en solutions concrètes dans leur logiciel.

Vos responsabilités clés :

  • Accompagner et conseiller les clients dans l'utilisation de leur logiciel comptable.
  • Assurer le support client par téléphone et par e-mail, avec un suivi personnalisé.
  • Comprendre les problématiques rencontrées et identifier les solutions adaptées.
  • Importer et configurer les données selon les besoins spécifiques des clients.
  • Personnaliser certaines fonctionnalités afin d'améliorer leur efficacité.
  • Développer progressivement votre expertise des solutions et des environnements informatiques.

Équipe et management

Vous rejoignez une équipe de 6 personnes au sein du pôle Finances/Comptabilité.

Votre manager, Mickael Lambert (Responsable Pôle Finances & Comptabilité), travaille chez Brainstorming depuis près de 20 ans. Son style de management repose avant tout sur la confiance : il laisse rapidement de l'autonomie à ses collaborateurs, notamment dans l'organisation de leur planning, tout en restant très accessible et à l’écoute.

Formation & compétences techniques :

  • Formation en comptabilité ou expérience équivalente
  • Première expérience dans un environnement similaire (atout considérable)
  • Excellente connaissance d'un ou plusieurs logiciels comptables tels que Sage BOB, Silicon IOI, WinBooks, Popsy
  • Réel intérêt pour l'informatique et envie de découvrir de nouveaux outils.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais et/ou du néerlandais sont des atouts

Compétences personnelles :

  • Écoute active et capacité à comprendre les besoins réels des clients
  • Excellent relationnel, à l'aise au téléphone comme lors de réunions à distance
  • Communication claire et empathique, avec une forte orientation client
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à identifier la cause d'un problème pour y répondre de façon pertinente
  • Aisance commerciale suffisante pour repérer une opportunité et conseiller le client
