The posting

Le Service interne de prévention et de protection au travail (SIPP) accompagne l’employeur, les membres de la ligne hiérarchique et les travailleurs dans l’application de la réglementation relative au bien-être des travailleurs.

Il fonctionne sur la base du principe de multidisciplinarité, avec l’assistance d’un SEPP le cas échéant (Cohezio pour la médecine du travail). Il est compétent pour les missions suivantes : sécurité du travail, ergonomie, hygiène du travail, embellissement des lieux de travail et mesures environnementales liées au travail. Il participe également à la prévention des risques psychosociaux occasionnés par le travail (stress, burn-out, dommages liés à des conflits, au harcèlement…).

Vous êtes en possession d’un permis B et/ou d’un moyen de locomotion permettant un accès aisé et rapide au(x) lieu(x) de travail (véhicule motorisé).

Votre rôle

En tant que conseiller·ère en prévention de niveau 2 (diplôme d’un bachelier/graduat), vous êtes chargé·e de fournir aide et conseil aux collaborateurs internes de l’ONE pour les matières relatives à la prévention et à la protection des membres du personnel en matière d’hygiène, de sécurité et psychosociale, telles que définies dans le Code du bien-être et qui s’appliquent à l’ONE.

La fonction implique de mettre à disposition une expertise liée au cadre légal relatif au bien-être au travail dans le secteur public. Dans ce cadre, vous participez à la coordination des équipes de secouristes, du service interne de lutte contre l’incendie et des stewards d’évacuation. Vous répondez aux activités prescrites, entre autres, par l’arrêté royal du 27 mars 1998 relatif à la politique du bien-être des travailleurs lors de l’exécution de leur travail.

Vos responsabilités

  • Identifier et analyser les risques (visites régulières des postes de travail sur l’ensemble de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, enquêtes sur les accidents du travail en collaboration avec la médecine du travail) et rédiger les rapports de ces analyses.
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan global de prévention et du plan d’action annuel.
  • Conseiller sur l’organisation des postes de travail, les équipements de travail et l’utilisation de produits dangereux.
  • Sensibiliser sur les matières relatives à l’hygiène, l’ergonomie, aux lieux de travail et aux équipements sociaux.
  • Fournir aide et conseil sur la rédaction des instructions relatives à l’utilisation des équipements de travail, de protection individuelle, de prévention incendie et des procédures en cas de dangers graves et immédiats.
  • Faire des recommandations sur les formations des travailleurs (secouristes, équipes de 1re intervention…).
  • Collaborer avec la médecine du travail par une coordination et une information régulière (écartements prophylactiques, visites médicales…).
  • Participer au Comité de concertation de base relatif au bien-être au travail (CCB BE).
  • Participer à l’organisation des premiers secours.
  • Participer à l’organisation des exercices incendie et à la maintenance des appareils de détection/lutte contre l’incendie des bâtiments de l’ONE.
  • Participer aux visites annuelles des locaux/bâtiments et rédiger les rapports.
  • Assurer le suivi des rapports des visites.
  • Analyser les risques psychosociaux.
  • Intervenir auprès des acteurs concernés par la gestion de dynamiques conflictuelles.
