Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons aujourd’hui un(e) Conseiller(ère) en Vente Puériculture H/F/X pour rejoindre nos équipes.

Vos Responsabilités Clés

En tant que Conseiller(ère) en vente Puériculture, vous serez au cœur de l'expérience client.

Votre mission sera de :

  • Guider nos clients avec expertise et bienveillance dans le choix des produits adaptés à leurs besoins spécifiques.
  • Développer une relation de confiance et de proximité, assurant un conseil personnalisé sur l'ensemble de notre gamme en particulier pour le département Auto et roulant.
  • Etre responsable de l'atteinte de vos objectifs de vente individuels et collectifs, tout en contribuant activement à l'attractivité de notre espace de vente par une mise en valeur soignée des produits.
  • Promouvoir et gérer les listes de naissance à notre clientèle.
  • Participer à la fidélisation de notre clientèle par un suivi attentif et un service après-vente irréprochable.
  • Gérer le stock de marchandise et l'arrivage en rayon magasin.
  • Gérer les encaissements en caisse.
  • Promouvoir notre système de fidélité avec la carte CLUB.

Compétences et Qualifications Requises

Nous recherchons un talent doté d'une véritable passion pour le monde de la puériculture et d'une expérience significative dans la vente, idéalement dans ce secteur.

  • Vous disposez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience réussie dans la vente. Une expérience dans le secteur de la puériculture constitue un atout. Nous sommes également ouverts aux candidats démontrant un réel intérêt pour cet univers, notamment au travers de leur expérience personnelle ou de leur parcours.
  • Votre sens du service client est exemplaire, alliant écoute, empathie et professionnalisme.
  • Vous avez une excellente connaissance des produits de puériculture et de leurs spécificités.
  • Vos compétences en communication et votre aisance relationnelle sont avérées.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et disposez d'une bonne connaissance du néerlandais (l'Anglais est un atout)
  • Vous êtes flexible au niveau des horaires, variables du lundi au samedi, avec un jour de repos défini selon un planning établi par votre Responsable.
  • Autonome et proactif(ve), vous aimez travailler en équipe, partager votre savoir-faire et soutenir vos collègues.
