Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons aujourd’hui un(e) Conseiller(ère) en Vente Textile H/F/X pour rejoindre nos équipes.

Vos Responsabilités Clés

En tant que Conseiller(ère) en vente Textile, vous serez au cœur de l'expérience client.

Votre mission sera de :

  • Cintrage, mise en rayon et présentation d’un volume important de vêtements.
  • Gestion des stocks : réception et rangement.
  • Réassort rapide et continu en fonction des ventes et des priorités magasin.
  • Application rigoureuse des consignes de merchandising définies par le siège.
  • Travail dans un environnement dynamique nécessitant rapidité, efficacité et sens de l’organisation.
  • Promouvoir les listes de naissance à notre clientèle.
  • Gérer les encaissements en caisse en tant que renfort.
  • Promouvoir notre système de fidélité avec la carte CLUB.

Compétences et Qualifications Requises

Nous recherchons un talent doté d'une véritable passion pour le monde de la mode pour enfant et d'une expérience significative dans la vente, idéalement dans ce secteur.

  • Votre sens du service client est exemplaire, alliant écoute, empathie et professionnalisme.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e) et rapide dans l'accomplissement de vos tâches.
  • Vous n'avez pas peur des grands volumes et vous savez gérer avec aisance les périodes de "rush" qui peuvent parfois être plus stressantes.
  • Vous êtes flexible au niveau des horaires, variables du lundi au samedi, avec un jour de repos défini selon un planning établi par votre Responsable.
  • Autonome et proactif(ve), vous aimez travailler en équipe, partager votre savoir-faire et soutenir vos collègues.
