Jouw uitdagingen als conservator - restaurator:

  • Ondernemen en team aansturen – je start een nieuwe tak op binnen Artes Woudenberg en stelt zelf je eigen restauratieteam samen.
  • Conservatie en restauratie – in deze rol krijg je de ruimte om je werk flexibel in te richten. Je combineert terreinwerk met onderzoeks- en bureauactiviteiten, en hebt de vrijheid om in te spelen op wat de situatie van het moment vraagt.
  • Organiseren en coördineren – als ervaren expert coördineer jij de projecten inzake conservatie en restauratie.
  • Expertise – je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, overheden en andere stakeholders. Je bewaakt hierbij ook de synergie binnen Artes Group. Ook jezelf bijscholen met wetenschappelijke en technologische ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied, horen hierbij.
  • Planning, budgeten kwaliteit – het beheren en opstellen van projectplannen en budget? Klinkt helemaal iets voor jou! En dat allemaal met de nodige kwalitatieve uitvoeringen voor ogen.
  • Commercieel – je verkent de markt en bent commercieel ingesteld. Je bent betrokken bij onze dienst aanbestedingen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een Master in Conservatie-Restauratie (polychromie, muurschilderingen of stuc).
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring. Heb je ervaring in een leidinggevende rol? Dat is een plus!
  • Je bent een geboren organisator met sterke communicatie skills.
  • Ondernemingszin? Dat zit in je bloed!
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken passie voor restauratietechnieken, materiaalonderzoek en erfgoedbeheer.
  • En bovenal: jij haalt energie uit teamwork en weet mensen te inspireren om samen de mooiste kunstwerken te realiseren.
