Construct Advocaten is een nichekantoor in Velp met een scherp profiel: bouw- en vastgoedrecht en ruimtelijk bestuursrecht. We zijn er voor projectontwikkelaars, corporaties, aannemers, architecten- en ingenieursbureaus, beleggers en overheden. Wij adviseren en procederen. Wat ons onderscheidt, is niet alleen onze inhoudelijke scherpte. Het is ook de manier waarop we werken. Persoonlijk. Betrokken. Met korte lijnen naar klanten én naar elkaar. We bouwen aan vaste relaties, waar we graag mee samenwerken. Wat ga je doen? Je versterkt de bestuursrechtpraktijk van Construct Advocaten - inhoudelijk en als persoon. Samen met Thomas en de rest van het team werk je aan de verdere versteviging van onze positie op het gebied van het bestuursrecht, met focus op het omgevingsrecht, ruimtelijke planvorming, vergunningverlening en handhaving. Je adviseert bij complexe projecten en treedt op in procedures.
