De afwisseling in projecten zorgt ervoor dat geen enkele dag hetzelfde is. - Het uitvoeren van constructieve berekeningen voor uiteenlopende projecten. - Het adviseren van effectieve en efficiënte constructieve oplossingen. - Nauwe samenwerking en overleg met ervaren collega's. - Bijdragen aan projecten in de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. - Analyseren van technische vraagstukken en het aandragen van passende oplossingen. Functie-eisen Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, neem je een analytische instelling mee en heb je oog voor detail. Je staat open voor leren en pakt verantwoordelijkheid in projecten. Je past goed in het team dankzij jouw positieve instelling en samenwerkingsgerichte houding. - Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Civiele Techniek, Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring als constructeur is een wens, maar geen eis. - Kennis van en ervaring met (constructieve) softwarepakketten. - Affiniteit met woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw is een pluspunt. - Een probleemoplossend vermogen en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
