Als constructeur kies je er bewust voor om constructieve uitdagingen aan te gaan. Je adviseert projectontwikkelaars, architecten en aannemers, zowel op verzoek als proactief. Daarbij houd je rekening met de krachtswerking en het constructieve gedrag van de hoofddraagconstructie. In je dagelijkse werkzaamheden vind je het belangrijk om je kennis en expertise op het gebied van constructief ontwerp continu te verbreden en te verdiepen door te werken aan een gevarieerd aanbod van projecten voor gerenommeerde aannemers, betonproducenten en staalbouwers.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je ontwerpt, berekent en detailleert draagconstructies in beton en staal.

• Je ontwerpt, berekent en detailleert prefab betonconstructies.

• Je voert je werkzaamheden nauwkeurig uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit van je eigen werk.

• Je houdt je vakkennis en vaardigheden up-to-date en blijft deze verder ontwikkelen.

• Je rapporteert klachten en/of knelpunten aan de projectleider.

• Je werkt volgens de richtlijnen van het kwaliteitsplan.

• Je draagt de resultaten van je berekeningen over aan de modelleurs.

• Je begeleidt en controleert de verwerking van je berekeningen door de modelleurs.

• Je houdt je eigen urenregistratie zorgvuldig bij.

• Je begeleidt, ondersteunt en coacht junior constructeurs.

Afgeronde hbo / TU opleiding in de richting Bouwkunde en Civiele Techniek, of minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met modelleren / zelfstandig berekenen van bouwconstructies, aantoonbare ervaring met utiliteits- en appartementenbouw (hoogbouw), goede kennis van (prefab) beton en staal.
