Leren en werken - Zet kunst op de kaart Ontmoet onze makers Maak kennis met de collega's van Mobilis. - Over Mobilis Ervaren Constructeur 32 - 40 uur Hbo Ontwerp Apeldoorn en Rotterdam Over de functie Als Senior Constructeur ontwerp je complexe civiele betonconstructies en stuur je het ontwerpteam inhoudelijk aan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het ontwerp en leidt projecten zoals de verbetering van het noordelijk deel van de A27. Je coördineert constructeurs en modelleurs, bewaakt planning en kwaliteit en werkt nauw samen met projectmanagement, werkvoorbereiding, inkoop en externe partners. Daarnaast voer je zelfstandig berekeningen en analyses uit in SCIA Engineer en RFEM en vertaal je deze naar heldere adviezen en rapportages. Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers en collega's, signaleert knelpunten in het ontwerp en zoekt proactief naar oplossingen en verbeteringen. Gedurende de ontwerpfase én tijdens de uitvoering blijf je betrokken, waarbij je collega's ter plekke ondersteunt en advies geeft. Ook begeleid je medior en junior collega's in hun vakinhoudelijke groei, zodat het hele team sterker wordt. Wat wij bieden - Wij bieden je een goed salaris.
