De werkzaamheden richten zich op mechanische componenten, samenstellingen en bijbehorende documentatie voor de productieomgeving. De organisatie hecht waarde aan veilige en reproduceerbare werkprocessen en investeert in opleidingen en procesverbetering om de kwaliteit van producten continu te verbeteren. Je maakt en controleert 3D-constructietekeningen en productiemodellen als Constructeur; Je werkt samen met montage en productie om ontwerpen klaar te maken voor productie; Je optimaliseert ontwerpen voor maakbaarheid en kostenbeheersing als Constructeur; Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van stuklijsten en technische documentatie; Je test en valideert ontwerpwijzigingen en draagt verbeteringen aan; Je verdeelt je tijd ongeveer als 50% ontwerp en modellering, 20% testen en valideren, 15% analyse en optimalisatie en 15% afstemming met leveranciers en productie als Constructeur; VereistenOpleiding Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar op Mbo/Hbo niveau; Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als constructeur of in een vergelijkbare functie; Ervaring met 3D CAD-ontwerpsoftware en technische tekeningen; Kennis van productiedocument.
