Functie-inhoud: - Als Constructeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en uitwerken van machine- en productonderdelen als Constructeur; - Je realiseert 3D-modellen en technische tekeningen en vertaalt ontwerp naar productiehandleidingen; - Je werkt actief samen met productie, assemblage en inkoop om ontwerpen te optimaliseren en maakbaarheid te waarborgen; - Je voert functionele berekeningen, tolerantiebepalingen en materiaalkeuzeanalyses uit en past ontwerpaanpassingen toe; - Je ondersteunt bij prototyping, testfases en het begeleiden van implementatie in productie; - Ca 50% ontwerp en modellering, 20% testen en validatie, 15% analyse en optimalisatie, 10% afstemming met leveranciers en 5% prototyping; gebruik van SolidWorks en Vault volgens ontwerprichtlijnen; prototypebou...
