Als Constructeur Modelleur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van technische ontwerpen naar gedetailleerde 3D-modellen en constructietekeningen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, adviseurs en andere disciplines om ervoor te zorgen dat constructies voldoen aan alle technische eisen en regelgeving. Jouw werk vormt de basis voor de realisatie van diverse bouwprojecten, van woningbouw tot infrastructurele werken. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces, van schetsontwerp tot uitvoering, en zorgt ervoor dat alle technische details kloppen voordat een project de bouwplaats bereikt. In deze rol krijg je de kans om te werken aan uitdagende en maatschappelijk relevante projecten waarbij duurzaamheid en innovatie centraal staan. Je hebt de vrijheid om mee te denken over constructieve oplossingen en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit en haalbaarheid van projecten. Daarnaast biedt de organisatie volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld door het volgen van cursussen op het gebied van nieuwe software, duurzaam bouwen of projectmanagement. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als senior constructeur, projectleider of specialist binnen een specifiek vakgebied zoals duurzaamheid of BIM-coördinatie. Jouw taken omvatten: - Het maken van 3D-modellen en constructietekeningen in software zoals Revit, AutoCAD of Tekla; - Het uitwerken van constructieve ontwerpen in samenwerking met adviseurs en engineers; - Het controleren van tekeningen op technische haalbaarheid en regelgeving; - Het adviseren van projectteams over constructieve oplossingen en materiaalgebruik; - Het coördineren van modelinformatie en het waarborgen van BIM-standaarden; - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, aannemers en andere stakeholders.
