Deze groeiende organisatie krijgt inmiddels maandelijks tientallen constructieve projecten binnen. Waar de berekeningen nu nog grotendeels extern worden uitgevoerd, wordt de volgende stap gezet: het opbouwen van een eigen constructieafdeling. Daarin krijg jij een belangrijke rol. Je werkt aan constructieve vraagstukken binnen renovatie en verbouw, bewaakt de technische kwaliteit en denkt tegelijkertijd mee over processen, standaarden en de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Een functie met veel vrijheid, inhoudelijke uitdaging en de mogelijkheid om vanaf het begin invloed uit te oefenen. Klinkt dit als jouw volgende stap? Dan kom ik graag met je in contact. Als Constructeur werk je voornamelijk aan constructieve vraagstukken binnen renovatie- en verbouwprojecten. Je stelt berekeningen op, controleert constructieve oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen technisch goed zijn onderbouwd. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan alleen jouw eigen projecten. Je helpt mee met het ontwikkelen van standaarden, het vastleggen van kennis en het slimmer organiseren van de constructieve werkzaamheden.
