Locatie Nieuwe-Tonge Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Nieuwe-Tonge. Dit productiebedrijf is actief in de machinebouw en assembleert metaalconstructies en onderdelen op basis van technische tekeningen. De organisatie werkt in een productieomgeving waarin verschillende bewerkingstechnieken worden toegepast, waaronder lassen. In Nieuwe-Tonge voert het team werkzaamheden uit die vragen om vakmanschap, nauwkeurigheid en het lezen van technische tekeningen. De medewerkers voeren zowel seriewerk als projectmatig werk uit en werken samen met collegas in de werkplaats en op projecten. De organisatie hecht waarde aan een veilige werkomgeving en aan duidelijke werkafspraken. Medewerkers werken zelfstandig en bepalen in overleg met de leidinggevende de aanpak en volgorde van werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde prioriteiten.
