Locatie Maassluis Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Maassluis. Deze organisatie is actief in de vervaardiging van aanhangwagens en opleggers en opereert vanuit een productieomgeving waar projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering worden uitgevoerd. Het bedrijf gebruikt containers als basis voor trainingsunits en voert voorbereidende constructiewerkzaamheden uit aan deze containers zoals trappen, bordessen, deuren, wanden, ventilatieschachten en RVS hitteplaten. In de werkplaats wordt veel aandacht besteed aan samenstelling, lassen en montage van staalconstructies voordat teams naar locatie vertrekken. Het team werkt regelmatig als een hechte groep en verplaatst zich voor bouwopdrachten binnen Nederland en naar landen in Noord-West Europa zoals Frankrijk, België en Duitsland. Projecten duren doorgaans 1 tot 2 weken per klus en het team bestaat uit collega's die elkaar ondersteunen tijdens zowel voorbereidend werk in de werkplaats als het monteren op locatie. De organisatie hecht waarde aan kwaliteit, veilige werkmethoden en het volgen van relevante opleiding en cursussen voor medewerkers.
