Organisatie Wij zijn een metaalconstructiebedrijf gevestigd in Poeldijk, met specialisatie in het ontwerpen, produceren, conserveren én monteren van staalconstructies, trappen en hekwerken. Onze klanten komen uit utiliteitsbouw, woningbouw, trafo-stations en bedrijfspanden. Altijd volgens hoge kwaliteitsnormen, waaronder EN 1090, met gecertificeerde lassers en vakmensen. We hebben moderne bewerkingsmachines en ons team werkt met tekeningen, engineering en professionele afwerking. Functie De volgende werkzaamheden kan jij zoal verwachten als Constructiebankwerker bij ons: - Als constructiebankwerker / lasser ben jij onderdeel van de kernproductie en bewerking van staalconstructies. - Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: Het lezen van technische tekeningen en werkorders. - Bewerken van staal: zagen, boren, slijpen, ponsen en afwerken van onderdelen. - Lassen van onderdelen via MIG/MAG (en mogelijk andere lastechnieken) en correct afwerken van lasnaden. - Samenstellen van staalconstructies: frames, trappen, hekwerken, staalplaat betonvloeren etc. - Verantwoording nemen voor je werkplek: zorgen dat de materialen op orde zijn, gereedschap correct gebruikt wordt, en dat het resultaat voldoet aan kwaliteitseisen. - Meewerken aan conservering, controle van laswerk en, indien van toepassing, voorbereiden voor montage. Functie-eisen Graag zien wij het volgende in onze nieuwe Constructiebankwerker: - Lasdiploma, bij voorkeur MIG/MAG 3 - Tekening kunnen lezen is een must - Je bent bereid de nodige cursussen ...
