Wij zijn op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en vakbekwame Constructiebankwerker RVS die graag werkt binnen een moderne en professionele werkomgeving. Je kunt rekenen op een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3.200,- en €4.400,- op basis van 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van leeftijd, ervaring en kennis. Wil jij als Constructiebankwerker RVS meewerken aan unieke projecten waarbij perfectie en techniek samenkomen? Organisatie Wij zijn een gerenommeerde scheepswerf in Monnickendam die al meer dan 100 jaar actief is binnen de luxe jachtbouw. Deze familieorganisatie staat wereldwijd bekend om het bouwen van exclusieve superjachten tot wel 70 meter lengte en beschikt over specialistische kennis op het gebied van staal, aluminium en houtbewerking. Dankzij volledige beheersing van het complete bouwproces wordt een uitzonderlijk hoog kwaliteitsniveau gegarandeerd en worden daarnaast omvangrijke refitprojecten uitgevoerd voor bestaande superjachten. In 2020 kreeg deze werf het predicaat "Koninklijk", een bijzondere onderscheiding die uitsluitend wordt toegekend aan familiebedrijven die meer dan een eeuw uitblinken in kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en dienstverlening. Binnen de organisatie werken circa 150 vakmensen dagelijks samen aan technisch hoogwaardige projecten waarin precisie, samenwerking en vakmanschap centraal staan. Het doorgeven van kennis van generatie op generatie vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van de bedrijfscultuur, waardoor jij als Constructiebankwerker RVS volop kansen krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast wordt er veel geïnvesteerd in medewerkers door middel van opleidingen, vakgerichte trainingen, cursussen en persoonlijke begeleiding op de werkvloer.
