Als Constructief BIM Modelleur ben jij de schakel tussen het constructieve ontwerp en de digitale uitwerking ervan. Je werkt nauw samen met constructeurs en projectleiders om bouwkundige constructies te vertalen naar gedetailleerde 3D-modellen. Jouw werk vormt de basis voor de uitvoering op de bouwplaats en draagt direct bij aan het succes van elk project. Je werkt aan diverse projecten, van nieuwbouw woningbouwprojecten tot complexe renovaties en transformaties van bestaande gebouwen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het maken van constructieve BIM-modellen voor diverse bouwprojecten in Revit; - Het uitwerken van constructieve ontwerpen tot gedetailleerde 3D-modellen en tekeningen; - Samenwerken met constructeurs, architecten en andere disciplines binnen het BIM-proces; - Het controleren en optimaliseren van modellen op constructieve haalbaarheid; - Het verzorgen van clash-detecties en het oplossen van modelconflicten; - Het opstellen van hoeveelhedenlijsten en materiaalspecificaties uit het model; - Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van de BIM-werkwijze binnen het bureau.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Het bureau investeert actief in opleidingen en cursussen, zodat je jouw kennis van de nieuwste BIM-technieken en -software kunt blijven uitbreiden. Er zijn concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld de rol van BIM-coördinator of senior modelleur, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over de BIM-processen binnen grotere projecten.
