Als Constructief Modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en modelleren van constructieve ontwerpen in Revit. Je vertaalt constructieve berekeningen en schetsontwerpen naar nauwkeurige en uitvoerbare 3D-modellen. Je werkt intensief samen met constructeurs en andere projectteamleden en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het technisch succes van projecten. Jouw werkzaamheden: Opzetten en uitwerken van 3D-constructiemodellen in Revit Vertalen van constructieve ontwerpen naar detailniveau Controleren en optimaliseren van modellen Afstemmen met constructeurs en projectteams Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken in technische oplossingen Bedrijfsinformatie Voor een gerenommeerd en vooruitstrevend ingenieursbureau in de constructieve sector is Nivel op zoek naar een Constructief Modelleur (Revit). Onze opdrachtgever is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en uitwerken van constructieve draagconstructies voor uiteenlopende bouwprojecten binnen de utiliteitsbouw en woningbouw. Binnen de organisatie werken constructeurs, modelleurs en projectleiders nauw samen aan technisch hoogwaardige en innovatieve projecten. De werkomgeving kenmerkt zich door korte lijnen, inhoudelijke kennisdeling en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en ontwikkeling. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie zoeken wij een technisch sterke en nauwkeurige professional met: Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting Bouwkunde of Civiele Techniek Aantoonbare ervaring met Revit (constructief) Ervaring binnen een ingenieurs- of adviesbureau is een pré Goede communicatieve vaardigheden Een proactieve, zelfstandige en collegiale werkhouding Oog voor detail en kwaliteit Arbeidsvoorwaarden Via Nivel krijg je de mogelijkheid om te werken aan uitdagende constructieve projecten binnen een professionele organisatie.
